Technical Support

• Technical Support will be responsible for providing technical support to cutomers, analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing solutions to improve customer support processes

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Fluent in English
• 5 years above of working experience in the same role (preferably in lubricant company)
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Customer Support and Customer satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the lubricant industry is a plus
