TRAINEE OPERATOR – DAY CREW (PRO 2405024)

The Trainee Operator – Day Crew’s role involves fostering individual knowledge and skill development, starting from an introductory level and advancing to proficiency. They will receive comprehensive training in all aspects related to the Process Plant operations, with a focus on meeting production targets while prioritizing safety, environmental concerns, productivity, security, and cost efficiency.

Candidates applying for this position should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Graduated from Senior High School (SMK or SMA) with a relevant vocational aptitude.
• Ability to comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions efficiently.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a positive outlook.
• Basic computer skills and competent verbal and written communication skills in English are preferred.
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) risks and willingness to make safe decisions and perform tasks safely
