As the person who is in charge of building the channel landscape. Through strategic partner planning, enablement, and driving acceleration of channel sales, the candidate will also be required to forecast and report their activities and progress in the overall channel pipeline. The candidate will also work with BDMs and Pre-sales staff to manage strategic accounts and opportunities. It is important that the candidate is able to attract and retain quality in partner/PIC selection, overall work and dealings with Eranyacloud team, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Eranyacloud channel partners to produce new and close existing business.
  • Identify and work with new channel partners to expand into new business.
  • Hunting for new potential companies or parties and establishing business partnerships as sales partners for Eranyacloud.
  • Identifying, developing, and winning new relationships with all partner (principal, distributor, system integrator, reseller partner).
  • Build and strengthen the business relationship with existing partners and new prospects.
  • Support all aspects of business to deliver excellence to channel partners and to Eranyacloud.
  • Ensure partner and business plans are being executed and that mutual value is being driven.
  • Drive key marketing initiatives for lead and revenue generation that form part of the agreed business plans.
  • Conduct joint planning sessions with partners to assist them in selling the product to the market.
  • Provide sales training and coaching for partners to ensure partners are ready to bring the product to the customer.
  • Provide updates on changes to the reseller program.
  • Work through target segmentation, KPIs, and reviews both internally and externally.
  • Manage contracts to ensure all agreements are current, assist in negotiating contracts to ensure the best value for both partners and Eranyacloud.
  • Provide status information to your manager and other leaders including forecast/pipeline information, plans, and so on.
  • Work with partners, when necessary, develops partner-specific programs and promotions to drive incremental revenue success.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs for partners to support sales activity.
  • Provide sales partnership performance reports to management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
  • Exceed minimum targets and KPIs, as set by management.

Qualifications

  • Mid Senior (5-7 years of experience in a relevant field).
  • Preferable candidates have experience working with vendors/distribution in technology.
  • Technical knowledge to a basic level to deliver demonstrations of system/service.
  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within sales functions and across other departments including marketing, sales operations, pre-sales, system engineering, and product development.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Experience using CRM.
  • Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in past years.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage.
  • Language required: Speaks/reads/writes both Bahasa Indonesia & English fluently.
