Designing and implementing operation (Head Office and Branch) at MOFI to support the company to become the prominent digital multi finance in Indonesia.
Supervise day-to-day operation and surveyor activities in the lending business to achieve the company’s KPI.
Ensuring 100% compliance of all operation activities toward the SOP and OJK Regulation (Standard Operating Procedures).
Lead and manage a large team across all branches and able to give direction and make decisions for daily operations/business decisions including escalating any issues in a timely manner to management.
Design and provide operation and surveyor dashboard reports to track productivity, SLA, and cost management.
Create a zero fraud environment in operations as well as for surveyors and identify any potential operational backlogs.

Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Head, with a total of at least 10 years of experience leading various operational aspects in the Multifinance industry.
Advanced in project management and resolution handling.
Experience in managing big teams (>70 people) with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
Able to act as a trainer for all team members.
Excellent communication in English.
