Deskripsi:

• Supervising and monitoring all the people in Warehouse (General and 3 shift basis)
• Controlling the quality work and monitoring work progress
• Monitoring and controlling all incoming and issuing all the material and product
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the schedule shipment
• Achieve target in stuffing activity for shipment Export and Local
• Checking all stock based on manual report and in SAP System
• Checking all the document
• Keeping stock control system up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Controlling process Picking, MIGO, RF Transaction in SAP System 
• Continue the important information to all team for operational activity. 
• Direct the work of assistants / operator forklift and train them in proper work procedures and WI Keeps 
• the warehouse clean and presentable.
• Responsible to zero safety in every shift of operational
• Run the GMP Program
• Controlling and monitoring the vehicle Forklift
• Producing regular report and static on a weekly and monthly
• Build the communication with smoothly with All Section 
• Works within the company’s policies, objectives and quality management system

Qualifications :

– Minimum bachelor of all majoring

– Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse / logistic

– Proficient in operating Microsoft windows, excel, and warehouse management system

– Good experience in SAP will be preferred

– Have an “I Can Attitude”, Initiative and have strong integrity and responsibility

– Wiling to Work from site, Sei Mangkei
